Our client is a leading manufacturing business based in Herefordshire and as a result of business growth, they are now looking to recruit for additional Logistics Coordinators.
Logistics Coordinator
Key candidate background needed:
* Previous experience in logistics coordination, within an international import/export capacity
* Demonstratable experience in international trade, import/export operations or customs compliance
* Sound technical knowledge of Incoterms, trade regulations and global shipping documentation
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong organisational skills

Position accountabilities
* Preparing necessary documentation for global trade such as customs documents and certificates of origin etc
* Supporting customer and stakeholder enquiries on post-Brexit customs requirements
* Managing end-to-end import and export actions ensuring regulatory compliance
* Driving and supporting continuous improvement initiatives around cost and service
* Resolving logistics and trade issues, maintaining delivery schedules
* Advising on customs tariffs, Incoterms and regulatory changes to stakeholders
