At Bridgfords, we're looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to join as Lettings Property Lister complementing our fantastic residential lettings team in branch in Denton.

Key responsibilities of a Lettings Lister Valuer:
The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market whilst ensuring every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build rapport.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Lister Valuer:
* Estate Agency experience preferably as a Lister, Valuer or a Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent looking for progression
* Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
* Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
* Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
* A Full UK driving licence
