This role is ideal for someone early in their commercial career who enjoys building relationships and wants to grow into a full Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Leadership position within 6-9 months. You'll join a fast-growing SaaS business where you'll manage and develop a portfolio of customers, ensuring strong adoption, retention, and opportunities for expansion - with structured support and training throughout.
* Identifying and engaging new prospective customers within a defined ICP
* Conducting outbound activity via phone, email, and social channels
* Qualifying inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery conversations
* Booking high-quality, sales-ready meetings for Account Executives
* Ensuring meetings booked are well-qualified and attended
* Maintaining accurate activity, lead status, and notes in CRM
* Some commercial experience (sales, account management, customer success, recruitment, or similar)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
* Commercially aware with an interest in SaaS and technology
* Motivated, coachable, and eager to progress
* £35k base salary plus £15k commission
* Hybrid working model based in Reading
