You’ll work closely with a highly experienced Head of Finance who is passionate about developing talent, providing a unique opportunity to learn from an expert and grow your finance knowledge.
What You’ll Do
* Handle day-to-day accounts, including invoices, payments, and expense processing
* Maintain and reconcile tenant accounts, supporting rent collection where needed
* Assist with financial reporting, schedules, and bank reconciliations
* Support the finance and property teams with administrative tasks
* Learn and contribute across a variety of finance and property operations using Xero and Excel
* Assist with audits and ad-hoc projects, gaining exposure to different parts of the business
Who You Are
* Accounts, credit control, or property finance experience is helpful but not essential
* Familiarity with Xero is preferred, but training will be provided
* Detail-oriented, organised, and keen to develop your finance skills
* Professional and confident communicator, comfortable working independently
