Our client in Littlehampton is currently looking for a Cleanroom Operator to joing their team. Your day-to-day role will be working within one of our 5 cleanroom assembly areas. Our operators are required to assemble, test, inspect and package a range of medical devices. Each production area produces around 30 different products, so, the work is varied and interesting. Key responsibilities: · Assembly of drug delivery and mainly single use disposable medical devices and inspection of moulded parts. · Inspection and testing of finished products. · Checking and packing of finished products. · Following company procedures and work instructions. · Identifying non-conforming products and/or materials and bring them to the attention of the room supervisor or quality control inspector. Key attributes: · Ability to work well as a team member. · Good concentration and attention to detail. · Capable of following instructions. · A good work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills. Training: · Full training will be given by the cleanroom supervisor for our production processes such as; solvent bonding, RF welding, UV bonding, leak and block testing, packaging, labelling, and sealing, operating machines as well as a host of other manufacturing techniques.
