Job Summary:
We are seeking a Shift Team Leader with a background in customer service and fast food operations to join our Subway Kirkby team. The ideal applicant will have strong leadership skills and some experience in delegating tasks to team members. The candidate will be the face of the Subway brand while ensuring a motivated team to serve our customers efficiently.
Job Description:
You will be managing your own shift in this team and delegating tasks to other team members, you will be using your initiative to make decisions when store management are not in store. You will actively manage customer satisfaction, product quality and overall store performance.
As a team leader you will be a flexible, reliable and motivated individual who is punctual and has a positive working attitude. You will be responsible for opening up or locking down the store.
Responsibilities of a Team Leader:
* Providing excellent customer service
* Food preparation
* Managing food safety
* Paperwork & Cash handling
* Cleaning to a high standard
* Carrying out tasks as assigned by Senior Management
* Assisting the Store Manager to maintain a high quality of store operation, ensure customer satisfaction and maintain sandwich quality
* You will drive the team to exceed all customer expectations through your sheer passion and desire for the product
* You will lead from the front, be a real hands-on leader and assist in the development of the team.
Hourly Pay Rates:
* Rate dependent on age
* Aged 18-20 starting at £10.30
* Aged 21+ starting at £12.50
