About the Role

:

Your main priority as an Onboarding and Procurement Administrator will be to provide a support service to the branches including processing purchase orders in line with Company procedure via preferred suppliers where possible, using a management tool to control tasks and workflow.

You will assist branches in sourcing product and services, manage overhead spend including PPE and Uniform, Office equipment and stationary processes.

Duties will include:

1. Answering phone calls from operatives to purchase materials or hire equipment from suppliers.

2. Manage service now requests for non-urgent orders.

3. Raising purchase orders received via service now or on the telephone

4. Managing overhead spend including PPE and Uniform, Office equipment and stationary processes

5. Subcontractor Database management and PQQ processing

6. Van stock implementation, management, and reporting

7. Setting up and verifying new suppliers and subcontractors

8. Booking company parcels to go out with couriers

9. Ad-hoc office duties

Role Criteria:

10. High attention to detail and accuracy

11. Confident IT user, comfortable navigating multiple systems

12. Experience managing inbound and/or outbound calls

13. Customer focused, with strong communication skills

14. Experience in working in a similar role within construction or building trades is preferred, but not essential for this role.
