Senior Office Manager & Front of House Location: Marble Arch, London (Office-based 5 days) Hours: Full-time Salary: £50k-60k (dependant on experience). Start Date: ASAP (short notice or immediate availability preferred) Is this the role for you: Our client is a boutique property management and real estate advisory firm in Prime Central London, is seeking a polished and highly organised Senior Office Manager & Front of House professional. A key role at the centre of a high-achieving business working closely with high-net-worth individuals and their families. What you will do: Youll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. As Office Manager, youll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently and compliantly. Your duties will include: Front of House & Client Care Welcoming clients, managing calls, coordinating meeting rooms, and ensuring the office presents impeccably. Office & Operations Management Overseeing facilities, suppliers, IT, systems, and health & safety compliance. Compliance Maintaining AML and KYC processes, managing industry memberships and insurance, keeping documentation audit-ready. HR Support Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, HR records, and employee well-being. Executive Assistance Supporting the CEO and senior team with diary management, travel coordination, and preparation of key documents and presentations. Marketing Support Contributing to marketing collateral, website updates, and social media management. What youll bring: Were looking for someone who has proven experience as an Office Manager, Operations Manager, or PA ideally within property, professional services, or a similar setting and be comfortable taking ownership of both operational and client-facing responsibilities. An understanding of compliance frameworks (AML, KYC) is welcomed. A natural talent for problem-solving and keeping things running smoothly. Able to communicate and build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and colleagues alike. Strong IT skills (MS Office essential; CRM or property software a plus).
