Working closely with the Head of People and Talent and the Head of Business Partnering in the newly formed HR team at Interpath, this position will play a vital role in the firm's development of its People strategy and People service.
You will provide your client group with high quality HR advice and support, anticipating future needs and ensuring thepany meets the needs of all colleagues while adhering to best practice and regulatory requirements.
Key accountabilities:
1. Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business
2. Providing strategic and day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the People strategy across business areas
3. Management of employee relations and other employee-related matters
4. Supporting the delivery of continuous performance management processes to create a high-performance culture
5. Supporting the delivery of annual year end and reward processes
6. Contributing to the design and delivery of the full suite of employee experience initiatives, including reward, L&D, Wellbeing and Inclusion
7. Coaching and mentoring junior team members
Requirements
8. Experience operating at Business Partner level, managing Exec level stakeholders
9. Experience in a Professional Services environment, ideally consultancy
10. Strongmercial skills and a desire to act as amercial partner to the business
11. Strong stakeholder management skills
12. Credibility with stakeholders as amercial partner
13. Ability to build relationships andmunicate with people at all levels
14. Ability to manage client group autonomously

18. Experience of working on change and project related activity
19. CIPD Level 7 qualified
