Expected hours: 30 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the supervisor, your role will be to deal with new and regular customers on the phone, to handle service enquiries
* You may also be allocated to help in the warehouse to prepare customer orders for delivery by our team of drivers.
* Handling both incoming and outgoing sales calls and dealing with customer queries and complaints in friendly and professional manner
* Being able to match products and services to a customer's needs, in turn providing an effective and efficient service
* Working as part of the branch team, you will deliver excellent customer care and online assistance for customers.

1. to be proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and offering high quality customer service to customers
