Our client is currently recruiting for a Part-Time HSE Coordinator/Advisor on a permanent (staff) basis. The role is located in Aberdeen and is fully office based. ROLE Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and lead initiatives to secure additional relevant accreditations that enhance operational excellence and client trust. RESPONSIBILITIES ISO 9001 Maintenance: Oversee the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Audit Coordination: Prepare for and manage internal and external audits, including liaison with bodies like DNV. Accreditation Strategy: Identify and pursue new accreditation opportunities (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001) aligned with strategic goals. Policy & Procedure Development: Maintain and evolve QHSE policies and procedures to reflect best practices and regulatory changes. Training & Awareness: Deliver QHSE training and promote a culture of quality and safety across all departments. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on QHSE KPIs, non-conformities, and corrective actions. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with directors and department leads to embed QHSE principles into operational workflows. REQUIREMENTS Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant standards. Experience in QHSE management within engineering or subsea sectors. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Proven track record in successful accreditation processes.
