Base pay range: Salary £25,000 OTE £45-60k per year. This range is provided by Marston Holdings. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Marston Holdings has launched the Marston Academy — a dedicated 12-week training programme designed to equip you with everything you need to succeed. Each month, we’re opening the doors to driven, motivated, and people-focused individuals who want to kick-start or grow their career as an Enforcement Agent. This is not your typical enforcement role. You’ll be handling complex and sensitive situations, executing warrants, and addressing persistent rates evasion with professionalism and integrity. You’ll also serve as a trusted face of our organisation, applying expert judgment, managing high-stakes interactions, and upholding the highest industry standards.

New starters will be subject to clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and a County Court Judgment check. In addition, the post holder is expected to keep the Company updated if their personal circumstances change.

* New starters subject to DBS clearance and County Court Judgment checks.
