About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable HGV Bodybuilder / Fitter to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting components for new refuse collection vehicles within our manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble and build new refuse collection vehicle bodies to specification
* Fit and secure components using appropriate tools and techniques
* Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment
* Comply with all health and safety regulations and company procedures
What We're Looking For
* Proficiency with power tools
* Basic understanding of fixings, fasteners, and mechanical assembly
* Ability to read and follow technical instructions
* Must supply own hand tools (e.g., spanners, sockets, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
