<p>Matalan is seeking an experienced Field People Partner to support the Southern region in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves acting as a trusted people advisor to senior leaders, driving performance and engagement across multiple sites.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have significant experience in shaping people culture, using data to influence decisions, and will be comfortable with extensive travel throughout the South, typically requiring 3–4 days per week, including overnight stays.</p>
