Our clinicians are fulfilled by the idea of affecting even the smallest positive changes in our young people. This role is based at The Grange Learning Centre, 3 days per week in the North East and supports young people with complex needs, including developmental trauma, neuro‑developmental conditions and special educational needs.
As part of a multidisciplinary clinical team you will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments. Based on your clinical assessment and formulation, you will offer individualized interventions and engagement to our young people.
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC
* Specialist with proven skills and experience delivering therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs
* Experience supporting teams around a child or young person to ensure a clinically informed living and learning environment
* Confident, engaging, effective model, guide, leader and trainer
* High‑organised and able to take initiative
* Committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people
