Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be working in an inclusive, friendly team where teamwork and encouragement sit at the very heart of the business. Duties: Setting up and maintaining records on customers Assist in the delivery of excellent repairs service Engage with contractors and customers including tenant and homeowners Problem solve complex repair cases Invest and respond to customer complaints Entering and maintaining orders Handling all customer queries General admin duties Interviews will be held ASAP.
