Salary: Full time £32, 000 - £38,000 DOE (part time available, pro rata). There’s some flexibility here for the perfect candidate.

Co-founded by Greg and Cherish Reardon, Popsy’s ambition is to create easy to wear, comfortable, inclusive clothing that fits and flatters real women, bringing colour and confidence to everyday fashion.
Popsy are now looking for an ecommerce marketing manager to join the team and to support the brand’s exciting next phase of growth.
Position Summary
First and foremost, as the brand’s Marketing Manager, you’ll bring ideas, creativity, ecommerce experience and enthusiasm for the challenge ahead.
Working alongside the internal team; co-founders, Merchandise and Product, as well as a marketing agency, you’ll be joining at a key stage as Popsy looks to evolve its go-to-market strategy and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Ownership of the go-to-market strategy: Popsy has a clear plan to both attract and retain customers over the next 12 months and beyond. Your role will be to deliver this plan across a variety of existing paid, earned and owned channels, as well as supporting the adoption of a number of new marketing channels and touchpoints. This includes all marketing campaign coordination, managing deadlines and management of marketing assets.
* Agency management: Popsy works closely with a full service marketing agency to support delivery of its paid marketing channels. Your role will be to lead and support the agency partner ensuring a close working relationship exists, as well as deliver shared objectives, and ensure seamless coordinated and integrated activity with the brand’s earned and owned marketing channels.
* Analytics & reporting: Generate monthly reporting that translates marketing channel performance into clear, strategic insight to inform delivery of the go-to-market strategy and wider sales and business goals.
* Ownership of earned and owned media channels:
o Lead CRM activities, with focus on our key segments.
o Email and SMS marketing, with delivery of weekly campaigns and management of automated flows and trigger-based communication.
o Support with the coordination and management of social media activities.
o Continuous improvement to the website experience, focused on updating product pages, optimising landing page experience and campaign coordination. Plus, briefing to agency partners and developers where needed.
* Stakeholder management: To work closely with senior management to bring a pro‑active approach and clear visibility of planned marketing activities, being the voice and advocate for marketing and the voice of the customer.
* Marketing coordination: Support in the delivery of an integrated approach to the brand’s marketing function, including but not limited to brand and sales‑led marketing activity, better alignment between marketing and sales efforts, and improved evaluation processes, including reporting, to drive better marketing‑led decision making.
* Operational Support: Provide ad‑hoc support for Popsy’s sales, marketing, operations and merchandising initiatives, as required.
Required experience
* Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar eCommerce marketing role, ideally within an exclusively digital retail and/or fashion business.
* Platform expertise: Proven track record managing marketing campaigns, with knowledge of OmniSend, Shopify and GA4.
* Strong CRM and email proficiency: Depth of experience in customer segmentation and owned media channel execution, including advanced customer journey management.
* Marketing strategy ownership: A clear record of both tactical and strategic marketing responsibility, managing annual plans, delivering to both marketing and wider business objectives and handling marketing budgets.
* Agency management: Experience of working with and alongside integrated marketing agencies.
