TEMP - Part-Time Outreach Worker (22.5 hours per week)
Location: Telford
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Temporary - 8 weeks initially
What you'll do
* Provide outreach support to victims and survivors of domestic abuse, including telephone and face-to-face contact.
* Complete assessments, safety planning, and signpost to specialist services.
* Deliver group sessions such as Seeking Safety and The Freedom Program.
* Offer crisis support, helping clients navigate child protection, housing, or justice processes.
* Maintain accurate case records and ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met at all times.
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
* Compassionate, resilient, and able to support clients in crisis.
* Experienced in working with vulnerable groups (experience in domestic abuse services is essential).
* Skilled in partnership working and building positive relationships.
* Organised with strong record-keeping and communication skills.
* Clear Enhanced DBS on update service.
