Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Dispensing Optician role located in Clapham. The Dispensing Optician will work directly with customers to help them select and fit eyewear, ensuring accurate prescriptions and providing expert advice. Responsibilities include conducting eye examinations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized consultations. The candidate will also assist in the optimization of operational efficiency to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience in Optics and Optometry
* Commitment to Customer Service and delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction
* Proficiency in conducting and supporting Eye Exams
* Professional communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
* Registered as a qualified Dispensing Optician with the General Optical Council (GOC)
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
* Familiarity with eyewear brands and styles is an advantage
