Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) – Cambridge
GWR Legal Recruitment are partnering with a well known and highly regarded commercial firm, assisting in the recruitment of an additional Property Litigation Solicitor to the team.
The successful candidate for this position will have experience in property litigation matters, gained during training or post-qualification. Exposure to housing management work is advantageous, as the role involves a particular focus on disputes arising from the occupation, use, and management of residential property.
This firm is widely recognised for its strength in property litigation and is a trusted advisor to a broad range of housing providers across both the private and public sectors.
The work coming into the team is interesting and varied and will include things such as:-
* Adverse possession claims
* Restrictive covenants
* Dilapidations and property condition disputes
* Nuisance and trespass claims,
* Neighbour and occupier disputes
* Service charge disputes
