About The Role
Our Adult Supported Living Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Cala Sona, Swinderby, Lincoln.
As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community. You will also be responsible for driving a company vehicle to transport supported people to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive, you must hold a full UK driver’s licence or have been driving in the UK for at least 2 years.

Qualifications & Experience

* Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards one.

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Salary
Starting rates are £12.71 per hour (Level 1). For Level 2, the rate is £13.10, and for Level 3, it is £13.60. Experience may increase the rate.
