Life as a Team Leader at Auxillis
An Auxillis branch is a busy, fast-paced environment. As Team Leader, you are at the heart of it, part of the Branch Management Team, coordinating vehicle delivery and collection.
You’re a people person, setting high expectations and nurturing those around you. You excel at creating a productive, engaged team where everyone collaborates to achieve goals efficiently. With your team of Service Delivery Drivers, you inspire and take ownership of fleet allocation, ensuring the right vehicles reach customers at the right time.
Success as a Team Leader involves using your customer service skills, motivating others, and maintaining a ‘can-do’ attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is useful, but personality and drive are more important, along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence.
Set in peaceful countryside, this location offers a refreshing change of pace. While within a 5-10 minute drive to Jeremy’s service station with Greggs, the team here is close-knit, creating a positive atmosphere. They have transformed the site into a trusted destination for customers and training support, building a strong reputation.
