The role As a Planning Solicitor, you will be part of a dynamic specialist team that acts for developers, landowners, local authorities, and individuals. You will: Draft and negotiate section 106 and other infrastructure agreements Provide advice on a range of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects Assist with planning appeals, enforcement matters, and applications for certificates of lawfulness Become involved in statutory challenges, judicial reviews, and higher court proceedings Build strong client relationships while contributing to the department's profile through networking and thought leadership The variety of work provides the opportunity to gain exposure to both contentious and non-contentious planning law, supported by senior colleagues recognised as leaders in their field.
