Commercial Marketing & Events Coordinator
Location: Shoreham-By-Sea (Hyrbid Minimum 3 days in UK Head Office)

We are looking for a Commercial Marketing & Events Coordinator to lead the planning and delivery of global trade shows and events, while also supporting our sales teams with point‑of‑sale solutions and our global showroom network
This is a hands‑on Marketing, offering real responsibility, visibility and development in a fast‑paced, global B2B environment.
What you'll be doing:
Project managing trade shows and events end‑to‑end, from early planning and bookings through to on‑site delivery and post‑event reporting
Coordinating multiple workstreams at once, working closely with Sales, Marketing, E‑commerce, Licensing and international teams to keep everything on track
Managing stand builds, suppliers, organisers, agencies, logistics and shipping of samples, products and marketing materials
Acting as the on‑site lead at events, overseeing set‑up, live delivery and breakdown
Tracking event budgets, spend and ROI, and producing clear post‑event reports and insights
Supporting post‑show sales activity, including lead capture, handover and follow‑up
Delivering POS and retail merchandising projects (e.g. FSDUs, CDUs) in collaboration with design and supply chain teams
Helping maintain impactful showroom spaces, ensuring samples, layouts and presentations align with sales priorities and brand strategy
What we're looking for:
Hands‑on experience in events, trade shows or B2B marketing environments, with exposure to coordinating or delivering projects end‑to‑end
Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a coordinator‑level role
Experience working cross‑functionally, coordinating with several teams and external partners to get things delivered on time
A strong understanding of project management fundamentals, planning, tracking actions, managing dependencies and following through
Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative working style
Good commercial awareness and an interest in how events and POS activity support sales and customer relationships
Strong IT skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
A proactive, organised, can‑do attitude with a genuine desire to grow a career in events and commercial marketing
