Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Norwich Combined Court - Fully Office-Based
Salary: £12.36 per hour
Working Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (37 hours per week)
Contract Type: Temporary (with strong likelihood of extension)

This is a key position supporting the day-to-day running of the court. You'll be part of a fast-paced team helping ensure proceedings are well-organised and run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Progress cases through the court/tribunal system
2. Support various court functions by following established guidelines
3. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
4. Manage and respond to email correspondence
5. Create, update, and maintain records and case files
6. Input accurate data into internal systems
7. Prepare and organise paperwork for hearings and meetings
8. General administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and managing documents
9. Book and prepare meeting rooms
10. Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders
11. Remain professional, calm, and proactive in a busy office environment
Requirements:
12. Previous experience in an administrative role
13. Confident using Microsoft Office and managing shared inboxes
14. Strong communication and customer service skills
15. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
16. Ability to manage a high workload and prioritise tasks
17. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
18. Strong organisational and time-management skills
