Job Description
* Manage and develop client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Oversee the delivery of facilities management services in line with client expectations.
* Monitor and report on contract performance to meet agreed KPIs and SLAs.
* Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and optimise processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and client support.
* Prepare and present regular updates to clients and senior stakeholders.
* Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
* Resolve any client issues promptly and professionally.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Manager should have:
* Previous experience in account management within the facilities management sector.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in analysing data and preparing detailed reports.
* A results-oriented approach with a focus on client satisfaction and service quality.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
