Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and efficient Team Assistant to support the Residential Sales and Lettings teams who are responsible for selling and letting properties in and around the Marlow area.
This is an predominantly an office-based role and you will be expected to use email, answer telephone calls and deal with walk-in enquiries in an efficient and timely manner. You may be required to work independently in the office, so the ability to manage tasks confidently while lone working is essential.
You will also be required to assist with viewings so a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
Please note - This is a 0 hour contract and you will be expected to provide support throughout the week, and on weekends, as and when required between the hours of 9am-6pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet clients in the office
* General office administration including updating window displays, brochure mail outs and ensuring the key register is kept up to date
* Registering applicants on to the database (Reapit) – training will be given
* Arranging and assisting with pitch and viewing appointments
* Experience in a previous role would be preferred but not essential.
