Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated and friendly Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in schools across Hastings and East Sussex. The Role:
* Supporting pupils in the classroom, both individually and in small groups
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and preparation
* Helping pupils with additional needs, including SEN support where required
* Encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, inclusive classroom environment
* Observing and reporting on pupil progress to teaching staff
* Supporting learning activities and helping students stay engaged
Who We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young people (education, childcare, mentoring, or similar)
* A caring, patient, and supportive approach
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable, flexible, and proactive
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
