You'll be partnering our Commercial and Finance teams, working to optimise margins globally across all lines of business. What you’ll own as the Senior Analyst Develop and operate controls and dashboards, leveraging management information (MI) to proactively identify and investigate margin erosion issues. Determine root causes of margin erosion and assess the pervasiveness of issues, driving process improvements to prevent recurrence. Manage the triage, communication, and resolution of issues, collaborating effectively with key stakeholders across the business. Secure commitment and support from relevant areas to ensure fast and efficient remediation, reducing revenue leakage. Act as a subject matter expert, advocating best practices and enhancing customer experience within the billing environment.
