About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Consultant to join our high-performing team in Manchester. Working on a major client account, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing top-tier talent across multiple European markets. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from both home and our centrally located office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with Account Managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs across European locations.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery including advertising, sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines across a range of functions and seniority levels.
* Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Use various sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and referrals.
* Stay updated on European market trends, talent availability, and hiring challenges.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting on ATS/CRM systems.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a delivery or resourcing role, ideally in a recruitment agency or RPO setting.
* Exposure to European recruitment (language skills a plus but not essential).
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
* Confidence using sourcing tools and recruitment systems.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail.
