Job Description
We are looking to grow our permanent Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guide customers through our online suite of products for our client, Intuit, makers of QuickBooks Online.
2. Support small businesses, accountants, and self-employed individuals.
3. Assist customers via telephone and online queries, supporting in both aspects of the role.
4. Learn to support customers using product knowledge and upselling techniques to maximize value.
Candidate Requirements:
* A passion for customer service.
* Experience in retail, hospitality, care, or other customer-facing roles.
* Tech-savviness.
* Enjoyment in adding value for customers.
What We Offer:
* Location: City centre behind Central Station.
* Hours: Mon – Fri, 40 hours/week, between 8am and 7pm, no weekends.
* Contract: Permanent, full-time.
* Salary: £12.25/hour (£25,480/year) plus bonus potential.
