Purpose of the Job:
Work with adults with complex needs to assess their circumstances in accordance with The Care Act using a Strength Based and Enabling approach. Formulate, coordinate and monitor support plans where necessary to promote independence. Collaborate with adults, carers, family members, professionals, and others ensuring a person‑centred approach. Provide social work interventions in response to safeguarding concerns, including safeguarding enquiries under the guidance of a line manager.
What you will do:

* Develop and coordinate support plans to encourage independence.
* Collaborate effectively with carers, professionals, and family members.
* Conduct safeguarding enquiries and address concerns under guidance.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
* Degree or equivalent in social work.
* Current Social Work England registration.
* Significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
