* Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
* Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
* Experience in data entry with attention to detail is preferred.
* Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
* A positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to delivering excellent service are crucial for success in this position.
