Level 2 / Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary Supply

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across a range of primary schools in the Teesside area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified Teaching Assistants who are looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to gain experience across different school settings, year groups, and local communities.
About the Role
* Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Deliver small group interventions in phonics, maths, and literacy
* Support pupils with additional needs where required
* Assist with classroom preparation and behaviour management
* Adapt quickly to different school environments
Supply work offers the opportunity to build experience, develop confidence, and explore different schools, with potential for longer-term or permanent roles.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Have recent experience working in primary schools
* Be adaptable, reliable, and proactive
* Have strong communication and classroom management skills
* Be confident supporting pupils across different key stages

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
