Role Profile JOB DESCRIPTION Working within a busy office in the Customer Service team you will r eport into the Customer Services First Line Manager and the Admin Manager. Your main duties will consist of processing and answering e-mails/ calls from, internal and external, customers, monitoring 3 rd party haulier deliveries and effectively manage investigations through from start to completion. Updating and maintaining live Excel documents with customer queries You will maintain effective relationships with customers, the team and other functions to ensure excellent customer service is achieved You will ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met and, where possible, exceeded You will help with introducing, implementing and supporting innovative ideas, changes and solutions Experience & Qualifications Previous customer service experience preferred. Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management systems) preferred Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Excel, Outlook Excel knowledge with experience of maintaining fairly complex spreadsheets.
