COMMERCIAL MANAGER - UP TO £68k - BRISTOL- HYBRID
Robert Half are delighted to be working with a world-leading organisation in their search for a permanent, full-time Commercial Contracts Manager offering hybrid working and up to £48k + bonus!

1. Job Title: Commercial Contracts Manager
2. Salary: £62k - £68k, depending on experience + company bonus
3. Location: Bristol
4. Working pattern: hybrid (2-3 days onsite, rest working from home)

Responsibilities:
6. Lead the full route-to-contract process, driving commercial strategy during competitive bids.
7. Draft, review and negotiate contracts, proposals, pricing models and terms & conditions.
8. Oversee commercial performance throughout contract delivery and close-out.
9. Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
10. Act as the primary commercial contact for customers and key internal stakeholders.
11. Provide regular reporting and commercial insight to senior leadership.
12. Support dispute resolution and ensure contractual compliance.
13. Line management responsibility for junior commercial professionals.
Requirements:
14. Proven Commercial Management experience within a defence or highly regulated environment.
15. Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
16. Knowledge of UK public sector or defence contracting frameworks (desirable).
17. Strong commercial judgement with excellent analytical skills.
18. Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
19. Previous leadership or line management experience.
20. Able to manage multiple contracts in a fast-paced environment.
