Due to continued growth within the department, the firm is now looking to appoint a Civil Litigation Solicitor with 2 years PQE to join its busy and supportive Windsor team. Supporting the Head of Department, you will manage a varied civil litigation caseload covering employment law, landlord and tenant disputes, contractual disagreements, commercial litigation and debt recovery. Key Requirements We are looking for a solicitor who can combine strong litigation experience with a commercial, client-focused approach. You will ideally bring: A minimum of 2 years PQE with experience in civil litigation The ability to manage your own caseload with confidence and minimal supervision Experience handling a broad range of contentious matters, ideally including employment, landlord and tenant, contract disputes, commercial litigation and debt recovery Strong drafting skills and the ability to produce clear, accurate and professional legal documentation Confidence in dealing with matters at both pre-litigation and court proceedings stage Excellent written and verbal communication skills A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational ability A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent client care Confidence using case management systems, although training will be provided where required An interest in networking, marketing and supporting the continued growth of the department and the wider firm Role & Responsibilities As a Civil Litigation Solicitor, you will play an important role in the continued development of the Litigation Department, managing your own matters while supporting the wider objectives of the team.
