Job description:
Infinitek is recruiting for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer/Executive to join a well-established law firm in Skipton. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated conveyancing professional to manage a busy caseload and provide first-class service to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
The Role
Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, from instruction through to completion.
Take client instructions, provide clear legal advice, and maintain excellent client relationships.
Prepare and review documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Handle billing, manage monies due, and maintain compliance with internal procedures.
Keep up to date with legal knowledge, policies, and conveyancing practices.
About You
Minimum 2 years experience in residential conveyancing at a similar level.
Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
Confident working independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills
both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Windows, Word, and Excel.
Flexible, professional, and client-focused approach.
