Your Impact
This is a rare opportunity to help build a Project Management framework from the ground up within a newly established Business Operations function for a scaling SaaS business at a pivotal point. Our aim is to replace ad-hoc processes with automation, smart systems, and operational excellence. You will design the infrastructure that makes the organisation run better.
As our first Project Manager within Business Operations, you’ll have genuine autonomy to shape how work gets done, setting frameworks, methodologies, and best practices with limited legacy constraints. You won’t be “fitting into” an existing PM function; you’ll be creating it. This role spans Revenue, Customer Success, and Operations through Product, Engineering, and Legal, and is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, influence, and strategic problem-solving. You’ll champion tools, processes, and ways of working that actually improve outcomes, with the autonomy to drive change.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, and budget. You will lead some projects end-to-end in partnership with a project sponsor, while for others you will provide project planning, governance and regular check-ins to support execution by the sponsor. Your ability to manage priorities, maintain clear communication and drive accountability will be critical to ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes.
* Own delivery of a portfolio of high-impact projects, ensuring outcomes across scope, time, and budget
* Lead select projects end-to-end with sponsors; provide governance and oversight for others
* Create and maintain clear project plans covering timelines, resources, and dependencies
* Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability across UK & APAC stakeholders
* Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
* Provide clear reporting, documentation, and stakeholder visibility
* Continuously improve project management frameworks, tools, and standards
Qualifications
* Strong project management experience across a range of disciplines & projects
* Proven experience building PM frameworks within a start-up or scale-up SaaS business
* Strong understanding of various project management methodologies
* Experience managing concurrent projects tied to large commercial value & outcomes
* Mature stakeholder management skills - can prioritise competing demands
* Ability to balance hands-on delivery with governance and oversight responsibilities
* Strong awareness of Project Management tools and how to implement & champion them
* Experience managing risks, budgets and timelines effectively
* A collaborative mindset and ability to influence without direct authority
