Job responsibilities
Hours: 3X days per week - 7:30am - 6:30pm (must be able to work alternate weekends)

Requirements include:
* A personable and warm approach with a genuine interest in residents' wellbeing
* City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification
* Good understanding of nutrition and HACCP
* Experience working with fresh seasonal produce
* Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment
* Confidence engaging with residents to develop appetising, nutritious menus
Responsibilities include managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, assisting in menu development, working with fresh produce, creating a positive environment, working within budget, completing audits, and managing stock control.
