We're looking for a Warehouse Coordinato r to join our team at Chesterfield on a 4 on 4 off basis. Your responsibilities will include: Liaising with customers regarding daily orders and operational queries Checking inbound stock deliveries from suppliers Creating pre-advice documentation and stock reports Completing traceability checks and stock audits Coordinating warehouse activities including picking and decant operations Allocating work across the team to ensure productivity targets are achieved Monitoring stock rotation to ensure correct product selection Providing clear shift handovers to maintain operational continuity Supporting safe working practices and promoting a positive team culture What we're looking for We're looking for someone who: Has excellent communication and organisational skills Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting colleagues Can confidently prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Has strong attention to detail and accuracy Understands the importance of health and safety compliance Builds positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers Previous warehouse administration, coordination or supervisory experience would be advantageous About Gist At Gist, safety and people are at the heart of everything we do.
