* +7 years sales experience
* The knowledge and experience working in a fast moving industry.
* Proven team leadership experience is essential.
* Possess a strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
* Expert in HubSpot CRM and possess strong numerical skills
* Entrepreneurial with a 'business owner' mindset
What are you going to do?
* Coach, train, support and develop a high performing 360 sales team
* Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound calls and visits.
* Track key performance indicators, mentor your team, and develop accurate forecasts.
* Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities
* Build and maintain client confidence
