Job purpose: As a Sales Advisor you will provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with product inquiries, and help drive sales in a retail environment. You will ensure the store is well‑stocked, organised, and visually appealing. Additionally, you will handle transactions, manage customer issues, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Contract: 37.5 hours per week, five days per week (part‑time opportunities available)

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and offer assistance with product selection.
* Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
* Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves and organising displays.
* Handle customer transactions, including cash, credit, and returns.
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store goals.
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor.
* Stay updated on product knowledge, store promotions, and policies.
Qualifications:
* Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changes.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Accessing the airport: A five‑year working and personal reference, along with a Criminal Reference Check, will be required for this role as the store is airside in the departures lounge. This will be discussed in more detail at interview stage.
