Teaching Assistant - SEND School (Wirral)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming SEND school on the Wirral.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting children with a range of SEND, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and complex needs.
* Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
* Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
* Providing one-to-one or small group support as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children with SEND (voluntary or paid) - Preferred
* A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
