About the Role
As a Company Secretary Administrator, you'll be a vital support for a range of private and listed fund clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating and attending board and committee meetings, managing agendas and meticulously drafting minutes
* Preparing and distributing board packs to ensure smooth meeting operations
* Liaising with legal advisors and registrars to maintain clear communication channels
* Overseeing statutory filings to ensure timely and accurate submissions
* Ensuring compliance with relevant governance standards
* Supporting the setup of new entities and assisting with onboarding processes
* Maintaining accurate company records and systems
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will bring:
* 1–3 years of experience in a company secretarial or fund administration capacity
* A strong understanding of minute-taking and excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
* While not essential, knowledge of UK Listing Rules, MAR and relevant regulatory frameworks would be a plus
* A CGI qualification (or actively studying towards it) is highly desirable
