You’ll also contribute to the review and development of HR policies, ensuring they support both business goals and employee experience.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead HR consultation processes linked to a front-line reorganisation
* Advise and support managers on complex ER issues, ensuring best practice and legal compliance
* Build strong relationships with trade unions and employee representatives
* Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organisational change
* Partner with key stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, people-centred solutions
About you:
* Proven HR project management experience within a complex, unionised environment
* Strong Employee Relations background — confident managing consultations and negotiations
* Ideally experience delivering reorganisation or transformation projects within rail
* A confident communicator who can influence at all levels and build trusted relationships quickly.
If you’re a pragmatic HR professional with the resilience, credibility, and experience to make a real impact during organisational change, we’d love to hear from you.
