Deputy Customer Experience Manager – Chesterfield Borough Council Cultural Venues Team
Chesterfield Borough Council is seeking a deputy customer experience manager to join our cultural venues team to launch our new theatre and museum venue, 1435. Your responsibilities include managing the front of house and the bars and catering business for the cultural venues, delivering a superb customer experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
* Manage front of house operations, bars, catering and retail for the new theatre and museum venue.
* Deliver a superb customer experience for all visitors.
* Supervise assistant managers, customer assistants, venue assistants and volunteer staff.
* Ensure maximum secondary sales income from bar, catering, retail and merchandise.
* Ensure efficient management of all bar and catering operations.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven staff management and hospitality experience in entertainment venues.
* Personal licensing holder with relevant food hygiene and first-aid qualifications.
* Right to work in the UK.
