We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the Business Change Team within the Corporate Customer service area. You will be the lead officer responsible for the delivery of transformational change through the development of effective business solutions for Housing Management and Asset Services, within the place directorate. You’ll be involved from discovery to implementation, which includes gathering requirements, mapping processes, testing systems, and supporting digital system implementations that makes a difference.

Key Requirements:
* Educated to degree standard, or equivalent experiencein ICT, particularly in the use and knowledge of software applications, business systems and information systems. Level 2 English and Maths.Prince 2 foundation or equivalent projectmanagement experience
Business Analysis – foundation or equivalentbusiness analysis experience
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an environment dedicated to the development of business solutions involving technology or business change
* Proven experience working in requirements elicitation, process modelling and system testing.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
