We are now looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our team.
As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Managing day-to-day shop operations.
* Driving sales growth.
* Training, developing, and motivating your team.
* Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
* Working alongside the Shop Manager to achieve these goals.
You should have a background in retail management and ideally experience in a food environment, though this is not essential. You will need a strong work ethic and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
