Typical Responsibilties
* To become fully competent, through in-house training, in the use of the Company’s computer systems to meet customer requirements and communicate accurate and valid information when conversing with both internal and external customers.
* To represent the Company consistently and positively to customers in line with the Customer Care Requirements.
* To always maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers.
* To ensure all documentation is accurately completed, stored and provided to appropriate personnel when required.
* To assist project Design Engineer with technical design tasks.
* To produce project design documentation in line Company SMP’s and ensure correct use of cloud files.
* To attend internal coordination/design meetings.
* To issue project documents to internal/external CDE’s for approval.
* To monitor CDE’s and liaise with stakeholders to capture project changes/instructions.
* To produce design deliverables in line with project programs.
* Any other duties commensurate with the role.
